Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DevLabs (automatech.live), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Platform Description

DevLabs hosts technical competitions including

• Seasonal Events - monthly hackathons open to all students
• Quarterly National Events - large-scale national competitions
• Science Degree Events - non-coding innovation challenges
• DevLabs School - school-level competitions
• AI-powered synopsis generation, certificate issuance, and leaderboards

User Eligibility

• Participants must be students or individuals above 13 years of age
• Only one account per person - duplicate accounts result in disqualification
• Teams consist of 1-4 members as defined by event rules
• Team leaders are solely responsible for completing registration and payment

Registration & Payments

All registration fees are non-refundable once payment is completed. Prices mentioned below can vary

• Seasonal Events - ₹600/team
• Quarterly National Events - ₹1000/team
• Non-Tech School Events - ₹600-₹800/team
• Payments processed securely via Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant)
• Wallet balance earned via referrals can partially offset fees
• Team composition cannot be changed after payment

Event Rules & Conduct

• Projects must be original - plagiarism leads to immediate disqualification
• AI-assisted content must be clearly disclosed in the project
• Project submissions are only accepted during the Battle phase
• No harassment, spam, or abusive behavior toward other participants
• Admins reserve the right to disqualify teams violating event rules

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of projects submitted on DevLabs. By participating, you grant DevLabs a non-exclusive right to showcase your project for promotional purposes. Certificates are permanently verifiable via unique verification codes.

Certificates & Scores

• Participation certificates issued to all registered teams after event conclusion
• Winner and runner-up certificates carry rank acknowledgments
• Certificates are permanently verifiable on devlabs.automatech.live/certificate-verify
• Scores and leaderboard rankings are final after admin approval

Liability Disclaimer

DevLabs is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from service use, including technical issues, data loss, or event schedule changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violations. Disqualified participants forfeit prizes, wallet balance, scores, and certificates.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
