General Refund Policy

DevLabs registrations are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Due to the digital nature of event access and limited participation slots, refunds are generally not issued after payment completion.

Change of mind after completing registration
Team member withdrawal after registration
Failure to submit the project within the event deadline
Disqualification due to plagiarism, rule violations, or misconduct
Incorrect team details provided during registration

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances reviewed by the DevLabs admin team.

Duplicate payment made for the same registration
Payment processed but team registration not generated due to technical error
Event cancellation initiated by DevLabs
Incorrect payment deduction caused by system malfunction

Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on bank policies
Processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of the DevLabs administration

Wallet Credits

Promotional wallet credits, referral rewards, or discounts used during registration are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash refunds.
