Please read carefully. These Community Guidelines govern your access to and use of the DevLabs platform by Automatech. Using our platform means you accept all terms outlined below.

DevLabs is built to encourage innovation, collaboration, and respectful competition among students and developers.

  • Respect fellow participants and their work
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Promote originality and innovation in projects

Acceptable Conduct

  • Communicate respectfully with participants, judges, and organizers
  • Provide constructive feedback when discussing projects
  • Follow event rules and timelines set by DevLabs
  • Maintain professionalism during discussions and presentations

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
  • Sharing offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Plagiarism or submitting copied projects
  • Spamming messages, promotional content, or malicious links
  • Attempting to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or voting systems

Project Integrity

Projects submitted in DevLabs competitions must represent the genuine work of the team.

  • Properly credit open-source libraries or third-party resources
  • Clearly disclose use of AI-generated content
  • Avoid copying projects from online repositories or previous competitions

Enforcement Actions

  • Warning for minor violations
  • Temporary suspension from events
  • Disqualification from ongoing competitions
  • Permanent account ban for serious misconduct

Reporting Violations

Participants are encouraged to report rule violations or misconduct to help maintain a fair and respectful environment.

  • Email reports to support@devlabs.automatech.live
  • Include relevant screenshots or links if available
  • All reports are reviewed confidentially by the DevLabs moderation team
